2004 MALIBU WAKESETTER VLX
With ice on the lakes and snow in the hills, we decided to spend the off-season transforming a 2004 Malibu Wakesetter VLX into a surfing machine. Which it is already, technically. But we mean an EPIC surfing machine, with all the bells and whistles one finds on a brand new rig, without dropping $100-200 grand. BALLAST UPGRADE
The WakeMAKERS Tankbuster upgrade replaces the 700 lbs of factory ballast with over 2,000 lbs of easy-to-fill and easy-to-drain wake building goodness.
TOWER UPGRADE
The Roswell Aviator Pro looks like it’s straight off the factory floor and has a patented cam latch and handle system, making it simple to fold down. The Aviator Soft Top Bimini easily attaches to the tower and has a collapsable frame design so you can enjoy the sun or stay in the shade.
TOWER RACK UPGRADE
Wet Sounds Rev 10 tower speakers, Recon 6 boat speakers, and Active Marine Sub give you the best possible sound, and the Multi-Zone Parametric Equalizer gives you all the control over your music with a simple bluetooth connection to your phone. Rock on!
