Responsibilities
-Manage incoming customer queries via email, phone or chat.
-Use verbal and written communication skills to answer questions from customers accurately.

-Work as a part of a team to manage the volume of incoming inquiries from customers.
Qualifications
-A passion for helping other humans.
-A background in customer service (or other service related fields) is recommended but not required.
-Familiarity using CRM systems (NetSuite or ZenDesk) is beneficial but not necessary.
-Excellent telephone manners speaking clearly with empathy & understanding.
-Ability to follow clearly defined processes and standards.
-Knowledge of basic computer/internet concepts & usage.
-Ability to maintain a consistent and reliable work schedule
-A positive attitude when working in a team.
Training
Two weeks of classroom training on our standards and processes is provided to make sure you are comfortable and prepared to assist customers.
