Sandspike Beach Anchor

Don’t let the name fool you; this innovative anchoring system works great when you want to keep your boat secured to but don’t have anything to tie to, regardless of what the shore is made out of. The Sandspike® can keep your boat on the beach or off the beach (don't let your buddy beach their boat) and is incredibly simple to use. Just insert in the beach angled away from your boat, and the Sandspike® acts as a temporary mooring bit. Once inserted, it looks good and it’s much safer than sticks, rocks, or whatever else you find on the beach. They work on all types of beaches, except solid rock. (But, then what will?) Available in three sizes. The original small size will hold up to a 24’ boat, medium up to 32’, and large up to 42’ depending on conditions.
How to use the Sandspike®
- For maximum holding power, insert the Sandspike® into the ground with it angled away from your watercraft.
- No tools Necessary! Simply wiggle and push it in with your hand or foot. The further down you get it in the better the hold.
- If your beach is rocky or hard-packed then simply go a few inches into the water and the hydraulics of the water will help it go in!
- Tie off your watercrafts Stern or Bow Line to the Sandspike®.
- Made from anodized 6061 aluminum for great looks, durability, and easy storing and use.

- Small: 15" - Recommended for boats up to 24'
- Medium: 18-3/4" - Recommended for boats up to 32'
- Large: 22-1/2" - Recommended for boats up to 42'
