Good company, very busy and missed some opportunities...partly my fault too.
I think during the summer you all are just in overwhelm. I did not help the situation. I ordered the blade in the evening. Later that night i read the return policy and realized I could not try it out and return it, if it did not meet my expectations. ACME offers this if you buy direct from them. So I sent two emails that night asking to cancel. I called the following day to cancel. I still received the prop. I sent it back and it has been on your dock for about a week now with no refund. I appreciate the folks I talk to on the phone and i chalk up the service to too busy in the summer.
