The Fly High Female Quick Connect is the fitting connection that comes with Fly High Pro X Series bags and allows you to connect various Fly High Quick Twist adapters. Fitting system comes with the Quick Twist adapter and the Quick Twist Cap chained together for ease of use.

This connect system allows me to walk away from my bag while filling and not have to bagsit the entire time. Easy to install onto the bag and commonsense attachment to the pump.
After using a water bed style fitting for years the Fly High Twist Connect system is amazing. It is easy to use, does not disconnect and is strong. After 5+ years using this fitting it is still holding strong. I do suggest using a little silicone to in the fitting every couple of seasons to help get the plug in and out.
When you are switching bags/sacs - the quick disconnects are required. It's all about time riding - and every minute you save means more time for that. This item is awesome and solid.
These are a lot better than I used for my old bags. Instead of screwing them on, it's just a simple twist and fill. Works great.
Works great couple of drips here and there through the ball bearings is my only complaint
