20 Amp fuse protects the boat, passengers, and equipment from damage due to short-circuits or other component failures.
Installation of an automated ballast system requires that a fused be installed between the battery and the positive connection in the system. This fuse fits into the inline fuse holders we offer (available separately, see Recommended Accessories) to provide a sealed enclosure to hold the fuse.
The 20 Amp fuse was a replacement for my ballast fuse. I was ordering on the website and didn't wanted to go at walmart to buy one so I bought it at same time of other stuff.
The product turns to be VERY good quality and works like a charms. It's been 1 week I replaced it and works perfecly !!
