The Acme 911 3 Blade Propeller is ideal for direct drive boats that are weighted for surfing or wakeboarding but still need decent top end to pull skiers or cruise across the lake.
The ACME 911 3 Blade Propeller is nothing like 3 blade propellers of the past. Prior to 1999, wakeboard and ski boat propellers were cast from molds, a process that offered little precision and had severe limitations for the size and shape of the blades. The result was inefficient props with small blade surface area and poor balance which caused vibration in the boat drive line.
All this changed when ACME revolutionized the manufacturing process by implementing CNC machining. Precision machining of its wakeboard and waterski boat propellers allows ACME to hold tolerances and achieve accuracies never before seen in the propeller industry. Which results in larger surface area props that are more efficient and perfectly balanced for silky smooth operation.
What does that mean for you? The new ACME 3 blade propellers are now capable of providing you with the same holeshot and top end performance that many 4 blade propellers deliver. Whether you want to make your old ski boat feel like new or improve the performance of your new wakeboard boat, the ACME 911 3 Blade Propeller will get the job done.
Prop Finder
Finding the right prop for your boat is based on the individual boat/engine combination, as well as how the boat is being used. Whether you want to upgrade the stock prop, or just need to replace a damaged prop, our Prop Finder guide will help you determine the perfect prop for your Year, Make, and Model boat.
Rotation: Like bore, rotation is specific to the power train of the boat; if your boat needs a left-hand rotation propeller, you must use a left-hand rotation propeller.
Diameter: In general, a larger diameter means more surface area, which means better transmission of power from the engine to the water. Typically the diameter is limited by clearance around the prop, which is very important to check.
View Specs for Prop Dimensions below.
Cup & Pitch
Cup: is the curvature of the blade at its edge, primarily translates to the amount of load the prop will put on the motor.
Pitch: is the distance the prop would travel after making one full revolution. A lower numerical pitch number means higher engine RPMs relative to boat speed, which translates to better performance for slower speed activities.

Shaft Size 1 1/8" Keyed
The bore of the propeller is specific to the prop shaft that is on your boat. Shaft size is not interchangeable, you must use the correct size prop for your boat’s shaft or the prop won’t fit.
Keyed: Measure the circumference of the prop shaft. Do the measurement in the middle of the prop shaft as it tapers as it gets closer to the propeller. Then use this formula to find the diameter. (diameter = circumference / 3.14)
Performance Guarantee
Never again worry if the propeller you buy is going to deliver the performance you need. Think of our Performance Protection Plan as a guarantee that the propeller you purchased will provide the desired performance. If it does not do what you want, simply exchange it for a different model.

Great for weighted boat - 2006 Sanger V230
I had a 525 on my boat and it was a great prop for all around use. However, I have really weighted my boat down for wakesurfing and my lower end was struggling with the 525. I put the 911 on and it has so much more lower end torque and it holds low speeds much better. My only issue is high RPM's at higher speeds. I am looking at 3800 -4000 when going about 32 MPH. If I want higher end speed for skiing or barefooting, I will change back to 525. The 911 prop worked really well for what I want the boat to do...Wakesurf!

Acme 911 -98 centurion
Like a granny gear compared to the OEM prop, easier to hold speed while towing with loaded down with ballast, didn't lose much on the top end compared to the gain on the low end. Easy upgrade!

Pleasantly Surprised
Was very skeptical about going from my OJ 4-blade to this 3-blade on my 1998 Tige PRE 2200 but followed the prop selection guide and trusted Wakemakers.com recommendation. I don't perceive any loss in pull out of the hole or at surf speed. Consistent pull at wakeboard speed and I gained about 6 - 8 mph at the top end. NICE!

Two thumbs up!
We put this on our Tige 22i at the recommendation of the Wakemakers staff, and we are glad we did! We use our boat for heavy pulling all summer (8 Man water sled etc.) and this prop was great. We know this because we hit a rock with it and had to go back to a 525 while waiting for a new 911 to ship and my driver noticed a huge decline in performance with that more moderate prop. So, great recommendation, great product, great price, great shipping - what's not to like?
